“Before joining the Fit Temple Body Fit classes, my health and fitness was alright, I would struggle to run for the bus a bit though and get out of breath.
A clear takeaway I received from the programme is It’s all about the Why. Why do you want to be fit and healthy. Why do you want to achieve your goal, etc. In the classes, I enjoyed the circuit training. We would go to different exercise stations, perform the a routine for a certain amount of time, stop and then restart. I enjoyed that very much.
As a result of attending the classes, I can now fit into my jeans! I couldn’t fit into them for about a year and that was one of my why’s for this experience and I achieved it. I also have improved on clothes size – I’ve gone down one or two sizes.
People have told me that I look smaller and that my face looks more “snatched”, which shows that I’ve improved and changed.
Going forward, I will continue to be more healthy and keep enjoy to exercise.”
