“Before I started doing the Fit Temple – Body Fit classes, I had poor stamina, poor flexibility and I was in need of motivation.
I learnt from the Health & Healing Clinics that protein is my friend (muscle-building), consistency is the key and the importance of mindset to achieve my goals.
I enjoyed exercising with friends and the encouragement that we gave to each other. Using specific equipment, such as battle ropes and medicine balls were things I hadn’t used before.
As a result of doing the programme I’ve noticed that my right shoulder has MUCH improved – almost back to 100%! My stamina is better and I’m motivated to push myself and switch to a “can do” mindset when necessary. I’ve now started to exercise more at home, especially using hand weights and working on my core.
I intend to build on my progress, join local exercise classes and continue to be mindful about what I eat!”
