“Prior to joining the Fit Temple – Body Fit classes my health wasn’t where it should be. My fitness level was pretty non-existent and I didn’t live an active lifestyle.
The Health & Healing Clinics were so helpful. I learnt things like the different toxins in the foods we consume and the products we use, the shocking sugar content in most items we eat, even sauces, you can do more than you think fitness wise, just push past the barrier in your mind, weight are your friends and much more.
Surprisingly I really enjoyed the weekly exercise sessions! Also thinking about my health journey from a different angle with the health and healing clinics. I really appreciated learning more, speaking to experts and being introduced to areas I wasn’t familiar with.
From doing the Fit Temple programme, I’ve noticed that I’m more mobile and feel more flexible. I also feel stronger and carrying heavy shopping up my four flights of stairs no longer feels as difficult or heavy and the DLR steps no longer finish me – hahaha!
The bonus is I’ve lost weight and inches and my clothes are looser.
I’m going to continue with my fitness journey and achieve the goals I’ve set. I intend to only move forward and never go back. I’m also continuing to maintain the healthy eating habits I’ve learnt and I’ve started doing additional fitness in the week such as playing badminton.”
