Body Fit Class

The Body Fit class will give you the perfect opportunity for a total body workout and it is designed to help you shift excess fat, build lean muscle whilst conditioning the heart and lungs.

The classes use a combination from the traditional range of simple body weight, free-weights, functional and cardio exercises as well as circuit and high intensity interval training to boost your chances of a result that works for you.
